This condo offers a superb location. Very bright and clean. Well suited
for our family of four with two young children and visiting grand parents. The pool is nice but the incredible amount of swimmwers
and sunscreen made the water suboptimal on occasion. Very nice sandy beach with shallow water. Easy to rent chairs and parasol
for the week. Overall, we had a great week and definitely an awesome view of the ocean.

Villas III is definately on our list of repeat visits...

stayed for 2 weeks in unit 605 and liked it so much decided to stay an additional week..... The unit was great, very
clean had all the needed items in the kitchen, kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters, plenty counter
space and sitting on the counter and the dining area. Bedrooms are spacious with updated bathrooms and TV in the rooms (nice
for the teens). Living area also quite spacious and nicely set with its larger TV. Great view of the gulf from the balcony.
July 4th festivities were awesome. Other renters were polite and respectful. Need to complement Todd on his efficiency
and attentiveness. I would highly recommend Holiday Villas III to anyone interested in a relaxed vacation and do plan to return
next year.

ALOT of room for family with kids! We ended up being VERY PLEASED with the Holiday Villas III ..Was ALOT bigger than expected
and VERY CLEAN! The floor plan with the living rm. dining area & kitchen being so open is excellent for familys..I would

"We searched and searched
for a condo at the beach for our Summer vacation this year. We found several locations in the Clearwater/St Pete
area but kept coming back to this property- Holiday Villas III. We found this website and spoke with you and you were
VERY helpful. Your website has great information and several great photos of the building, the pool area and interior
shots of the different rooms in your condo. The photos of the views from this unit looked absolutely fabulous.
We compared your unit to several others in the building and based on the photos and informaiton we would select yours.
Well, we booked our condo, unit 605 and were pleasantly surprised when we got there! Everything we saw in the photos
were exactly how the condo looks. We are really glad after seeing a few other condos in the building, while we
were there, that we selected unit 605. You have done a nice job updating the condo, we love the granite and the
updated kitchen. We had friends that stayed in another unit that same week(we will not mention the unit number) and
yours was MUCH, MUCH nicer and cleaner than that one. The freshness of your condo really
made our vacation complete and the weather was absolutely beautiful. You can count on us as a return guest, we
will be back. We just need to make sure we book it before our friends do for next year!"
