Reservation is held
with VISA/MC/DISC deposit. Written confirmation is sent via e-mail within 3 days. Balance is due
in full at the time of check in and can be paid by Cash or Money Order/Bank Check or travelers checksor VISA/MC and DISC.
No personal checks on the balance please.
Holiday Villas III is a family-oriented vacation
destination. To ensure a proper family vacation atmosphere, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent our condos.
No spring breakers, as determined by homeowners association.
UNT ACCOMODATIONS/BED SIZES:
2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom
units accomodate 6 - 8 people. The bed sizes in each unit are specific to each unit. Florida fire code limits the number of
occupants in a 2 bedroom condominium like ours to 6 - 8 people. Please limit the number of individuals in your group to 6
- 8 per condo.
In the even it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, please contact
our office immediately. Cancellations received 60 days from the date of arrival will result in a 50% penalty. Cancellations
made within 60 days will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days or no shows at the time
of arrival will result in payment in full if the unit can not be rerented.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. You can also arrive after hours via an after hours check in process
which must be arranged in advance and is provided upon request.
DEPARTURE CLEAN/LINEN FEE:
is charged $125 for departure clean and linens in each unit. This ensures that all units are properly prepared and cleaned
for each guest. Linens are provided with each stay and include, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths and bed linens on
each bed. Linens are inventoried after each stay and guest is responsible to ensure the same number of linens are in the unit
at the time of departure to avoid loss charge for replacement.
Parking is assigned for each unit and available for 1 car per reservation. Should you need an additional spot, please
inquire. Boat, Jet ski and RV parking is also available and use of the boat dock is available at an extra nominal charge.
Our condos are all individually owned and decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind.
RENTAL PERIOD/MINIMUM STAY:
Rentals are weekly(7 night minimum), from Saturday to Saturday.
The property does not permit pets of any type. There are kennels available in the area should you wish to bring
For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the condominium.
You are free to smoke on the balcony if you like.
Each condo has its own separate phone
number. Local calls are unlimited and free of charge. Long distance calls must be made collect or with a telephone credit
Coin Operated washer
and Dryer is located on every floor next to the elevator area. Please ensure you bring quarters for this service.
Trash should be removed from the condo on
a daily basis. Trash chute is located near the elevator for your convenience.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS:
Complementary Internet access via our "NEW" high
speed server is available in every condo.
CONCERNS DURING YOUR STAY:
We have on site maintenance staff during normal business hours and on call maintenance
staff avaiable for emergencies. This is a great benefit in the event that there are any issues.
Our condominiums are available for longer term Winter rentals from
October through February. For a fraction of what you would pay for an apartment, the rental rates includes all utilities:
water, basic cable TV, local telephone charges, and monthly electricity charges up to $70. Departure cleaning and linen fee
